Monday, March 8th, 2010For postpaid user the 3G service alreday activate just follow the stap to complete the Setting on your mobile phone.
use sms type SET and send to 20999, save/install the setting to your mobile(don’t forget to clear all your mobile phone current 3G setting to avoid the setting memory overload)
after save or install the setting, off the mobile for 1 minute, turn it on,and the 3G done.
If cant get the setting from sms, call celcom careline for the assist.(1111 from your Celcom mobile or 1300 111 000 from others mobile operators)
For prepaid user call Celcom careline(1111 from your Celcom prepaid) for activate 3G service, careline will send the setting activate 3G, save/install the setting, turn off the mobile for 1 minute switch it on again.
